Mrs. Betty Lou Labelle (née McVetty) of L’Orignal in her 72nd year, a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother left us unexpectedly on Saturday, March 11, 2017. It is with profound sorrow that we announce her passing. She leaves behind her soulmate, her husband Robert Labelle, her adored daughter Lori (Paul Salazar), her treasured grandchildren Andrew, Jacob, Salvador and Mirra. Also survived by sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Betty’s warmth, energy and loyalty will be missed by the many who were so dear to her. This extraordinary woman welcomed and consoled many patients while in the service of doctors Renée Arnold and André Borduas for over 30 years. And for those that remember, Kolilawato the one or the place that brings you joy and happiness, Betty’s legacy of warmth and welcome to all will carry on.
