Défunte: Gladys Kelly-Smith, 8 mars 2018

La famille désire vous remercier chaleureusement pour votre témoignage de sympathie à leur égard.
  1. I met Gladys and her family almost 40 years ago. She was a good hearted country women who loved nature and had a lot of love to share. She spoke a lot about her son Steven that past before I knew them. It was heavy on her heart and sole. One of her other sons was my first Love and I spent time with their family often and remember enjoying car rides up to the mountains to Kilmar listening to country music. Any time i ran into her afterwards she would run up to me and give me a big hug. Well i am now a personal support worker and i ran into her again in a nursing home. I thought she was visiting but to my surprise she was a patient there. Even with her Alzheimers she still knew who i was and gave me another hug. She always felt like a second mother to me. We shared a bond because our sons are both buried together in Shaw cemetery. Jeffery Adam was Born March the 8th the same day Gladys passed away it is also International Womens Day . My condolences to all her family, i feel your loss. Gladys is finally united with her son Steven. » May the wind always be in your back » is what she always said to me. Heaven has gained another Angel and her spirit lives on.

  9. Dear Julie, Guy, Penny and Perry & families

I am so very sorry about Gladys. She was one of the kindest and most truly spiritual women that I have every known.

She loved you all so much and would have moved heaven and earth for any one of you. I always remember how she spoke so openly and so strongly of her love for you and her concern for your well being.

She had love enough for everyone and was someone who shared the gift of love with many. You can see that in the comments from many of your cousins. She had a a wonderful gift to of making all of us feel special and deserving of being noticed.

I know her spirit lives on. I think of her every time I see a beautiful tree-especially in winter. She taught me to really see and appreciate the beauty of the world around me and the beauty within others.

My heart goes out to all of you.

    With love
